Before commencing the rebuild, I had devised a cunning plan to have the rear work light activated by the simple installation of this switch. However, as the rebuild progressed, I changed my mind and instead opted for a manual switch on the dashboard. By doing it this way I can switch the rear work light on no matter which gear I'm in - this could of course also come in handy for alerting tailgaters.
