I had originally intended to incorporate a battery isolator switch as added security, both for any possible electrical faults, and to aid in the prevention of the vehicle being stolen. Its original location was intended to be on the front face of the passenger seatbox. However, I decided it would probably be in the way here, so did not get around to fitting it.
As the electrical system was thoroughly checked over during the rebuild, and correct fuses installed where necessary, I don't think I need it - and as a Clutch Claw is fitted to the vehicle when unattended, this should provide a deterrent against theft.
Although suitable for 12V use, it can also be used for 24V circuits (maximum 100A). 10mm terminal studs. Removeable key.
